BAE SYSTEMS SELECTED TO PROVIDE SYSTEMS INTEGRATION SERVICES FOR THE DEFENSE INTELLIGENCE AGENCY
ARLINGTON, Virginia – BAE Systems has been awarded a multi-year $17.5 million Next Generation Knowledge Base Design and Systems Integration Services task order contract in support of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA).

BAE Systems’ team of experts will provide systems integration services required to design, develop, engineer, install, acquire and sustain the information technology resources necessary for the DIA to execute its mission.

“We are delivering secure, cost-efficient services to maintain and enhance the mission-critical systems the DIA relies on every day,” said Paul Falkler, vice president and general manager at  BAE Systems’ . “We are one of the largest IT service providers to the DIA, and this new work expands our partnership.”

The contract was awarded under the Solutions for the Information Technology Enterprise (SITE) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract vehicle, initially awarded in May 2010. The SITE contract provides an acquisition framework for delivering Information Technology services and capabilities that will support the global intelligence Command and Control assets vital to the security of the United States. SITE provides receptive, adaptive, and timely solutions for organizations to satisfy current and future information technology requirements.
