SPRINT: Affordable group 3 unmanned aerial systems multi-function radar

(Synthetic aperture radar, coherent change detection, moving target indicator)

A lightweight, compact high-resolution, wide area surveillance radar with advanced synthetic aperture radar, coherent change detection, and moving target indicator capabilities. Radar can operate in adverse weather and multiple modes including synthetic imaging, dismount and vehicle tracking, and noncoherent/coherent change detection modes.  Detection range and weight are optimized for Group 3 Unmanned Aerial Systems such as Shadow, Schiebel, Tigershark, and Integrator.  The sensor's integrated Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) solution is compatible with existing legacy ground stations (e.g., UGCS, DCGS, NCCT). 

 

Performance Operationally significant ranges for Ground Moving Target Indicator, Dismount Moving Target Indicator and Coherent Change Detection performance demonstrated for Group 3 Unmanned Aerial Systems.

NanoSIGINT

(SIGINT payload)

A lightweight, compact SIGINT payload capable of detecting, identifying, voice copying, direction finding, and geolocation of a variety of emitters of interest.  System size, weight, and performance are optimized for real-time automatic detection and geolocation of RF emitters at operationally significant ranges for Group 3 UAV platforms.  Real-time Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) compatible with existing legacy ground stations ( e.g., UGCS, DCGS, NCCT).  Compatible with Group 3 Unmanned Aerial Systems.

Performance Operationally significant identification, direct finding, voice copy, and geolocation demonstrated on Group 3 Unmanned Aerial System.
Weight and Power Compatible with Group 3 Unmanned Aerial Systems.
