Guy Montminy

Guy Montminy is senior vice president of Finance for BAE Systems, Inc., responsible for the financial accountability of the company’s U.S.-based businesses, which employ nearly 32,300 in the United States, United Kingdom, Sweden, and Israel.
Guy MontminyMontminy previously was vice president of Finance for BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems sector, an industry leader in defense and commercial electronics. As the sector’s chief financial officer from 2009 to 2013, he led a team of more than 500 employees delivering a broad range of financial and business services in support of new-business capture, contract execution, financial reporting and analysis, and acquisitions. From 2001 to 2008, he held a succession of finance-related leadership positions for a number of BAE Systems businesses.

From 2004 to 2008, Montminy was vice president of Finance for the company’s Sensor Systems business, and prior to that he was controller for BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc.

Montminy is a graduate and former program director for the BAE Systems Financial Leadership Development Program. He serves on the Academic Advisory Board of the University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics and is an instructor in the college’s Executive MBA program.

He received a master’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Massachusetts.
