Project Management: Oversee the execution of a project or program. Whether an innovative proposal or a long-running core contract, our project managers ensure we deliver on our commitments to our customers.
Business Development: Develop and maintain relationships with our key customers and potential new ones. Evaluate the feasibility of new product development and assess new opportunities.
Sales and Marketing: Help position our products and services to our customers and reinforce BAE Systems’ brand position in the marketplace.
Contracts Management: Estimate, bid, negotiate and manage contracts with our customers and our partners/suppliers.
Procurement: Oversee acquisition of materials ranging from bolts for equipment to entire companies. Ensure that the acquisition of goods and services meets the needs of the business in terms of time, quality and location.
Performance Excellence: Implement Six Sigma principles to refine internal practices and improve company performance for our customers.
