Hawaii Shipyard to Maintain and Modernize Guided-Missile Destroyer USS Chung Hoon

Welcoming the USS Chung Hoon to the Hawaii Shipyard, proudly co-located with the U.S. Navy at Pearl Harbor.

After completing a deployment to the Western Pacific, the Chung Hoon returned to the ship's homeport of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in October 2013. Under a $37 million contract, the company will provide maintenance and modernization efforts, which are expected to be completed by August 2014.
