BAE Systems Saudi Arabia is making major efforts to contribute effectively to the economic and social development of the Kingdom by training and developing young Saudis in line with its Industrialisation and technology transfer objectives.

Careers Days organised locally by Saudi universities, and internationally by Saudi cultural attachés in different parts of the world, give companies the opportunity to recruit young, talented Saudis with unique educational qualifications. The Careers Days also represent opportunities for graduates to find work in a wide range of highly-skilled sectors that contribute to the industrial development of the Kingdom.

Abdullah Al-Slaim, Director of Human Resources Services at BAE Systems Saudi Arabia, said: "BAE Systems believes that the future of company starts with events like these. Careers Days present a great opportunity for us as a global company to attract both male and female Saudi talent who we will in turn develop to support the growth of the Kingdom’s industrial sectors."

He added: "During our recent participation as a platinum sponsor at the UK Careers Days our stand was visited by Saudi Cultural Attache for the UK, Dr. Faisal Bin Mohammed Aba Al-Khail, who expressed his admiration for the achievements of the company and the numbers achieved in the area of Saudisation."

BAE Systems Saudi Arabia has achieved high levels of Saudisation and is the largest international employer of Saudi Nationals.
