FSL is located onsite at Portsmouth Naval Base and is a joint venture between BAE Systems and VT Group.
FSL is responsible for delivery of 'waterfront' activity such as ship maintenance, repair and upgrade. It also has significant capabilities in logistics and estate and facilities management. FSL teams work closely with the Royal Navy as part of the wider 'Team Portsmouth' on the base. Work is currently underway on the refit of HMS Richmond with the ship expected to re-enter service on schedule later this year.
