In support of our DoD and platform customers, electronic systems product support (ESPS) has developed a full-service capability to provide total support solutions for all our products. We offer a full range of services, from total performance responsibility solutions to the provision of individual support elements. We provide our customers with rapid repair capability through our Consolidated Depot Center. By using the latest information technology systems to manage customer-rotatable pools and inventory systems, we can guarantee 24-hour delivery to meet operational availability requirements worldwide.

ESPS provides extensive services in solving customer problems associated with product obsolescence, including established, cost-effective approaches to redesign and component substitution. As part of our total solution services, we have developed far-reaching networks and supply-chain management relationships that support efficient resolution of diminishing manufacturing sources problems, lifetime support, supply-chain management, and logistics services parts management.

Configuration management (CM) is applied within all BAE Systems programs and products. Our ISO 9001-compliant CM process includes planning, identification, approval, release, change control, status accounting, subcontractor CM, audit, CM of digital data, and continuous process improvement.

We also provide business case analysis and the associated program concept and business model, upon request, to allow potential customers to quickly and accurately assess the value of support offerings.
