Consolidated Depot Center (spares & repairs)
The Consolidated Depot Center provides a full range of repairs and manufacturing capabilities for many of BAE Systems’ products. Electronic systems product support created the Consolidated Depot Center by combining many of the standalone repair centers, resulting in a significant improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel and resources used to perform these vital services.
As the center was formulated, manufacturing and automated inventory and tracking systems were integrated into the repairs process to ensure established performance metrics were met.
The Consolidated Depot Center, its repair processes, and additional services provided are:
- Engineering and logistics support
- Engineering change proposals
- Product improvement
- Spares and repair parts processing
- Obsolete material management
