Consolidated Depot Center (Spares & Repairs)

The Consolidated Depot Center provides a full range of repairs and manufacturing capabilities for many of our products. Electronic systems product support (ESPS) created the Consolidated Depot Center by combining many of the standalone repair centers, resulting in a significant improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of personnel and resources used to perform these vital services. As the center was formulated, lean manufacturing and other just-in-time methods were integrated into the repairs process, as well as automated inventory and tracking systems to ensure established performance metrics are not only met, but exceeded.

The Consolidated Depot Center, its repair processes, and additional services it provides are as follows:
