CATS Cebra™ is an authoring tool for Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL). The tool is SCORM compliant and can be interpreted by any LMS that follows the standard. It is the perfect tool to use for large scale productions or tailor-made courses for individuals.
CATS Cebra™ allows non-technical subject matter experts to work in a desktop environment where no XML or programming skills are required. An advanced feature is the ability to efficiently import detailed storyboards from PowerPoint, Word etc.
CATS Cebra™ provides ready-to-use templates that produce ADL with a very high level of interactivity. The templates are especially developed to meet the high training demands when operating complex military systems.
CEBRA uses eXtensible Markup Language (XML), a standard that enables information to be interpreted by any computer platform or operating system. Because of the XML structure, ADL created in CEBRA can be read by or moved between any systems and distributed in any format such as Web, PDA or print. XML gives maximum flexibility and durability to your ADL investment.
