The Ship Air Defence Model (SADM) is an operational analysis software tool developed to simulate the defence of a naval task group against multiple attacking anti-ship missiles and aircraft.
The model simulates ship self-protection and force protection using missiles, guns, active decoys, chaff and jammers. SADM supports multiple levels of analysis, with the ability to drill down from a top-level summary to the smallest details.
