Our solutions apply systems integration practices to new or existing building systems and operations in order to minimize the total cost of building ownership, create an adaptable building for evolving tenant requirements, ensure timely service delivery, and create an environmentally friendly workplace.

We start with a comprehensive building asset inventory, which enables us to assess facility condition (building structures and operating systems). With this baseline established, we model potential cost savings from such strategies as integrating building systems, service provisioning, and implementing a higher order of fault detection and diagnostics. Data from the facility assessment and cost savings steps lead to investment prioritization, which can be based on criteria beyond a purely financial model. This activity enables us to recommend an execution strategy that takes account of programmatic constraints. Finally, we implement a process to continuously feed performance metrics (real-time building system data) to a Building Operations Center. These metrics support a perpetual commissioning process, whereby the status of building systems, including cost to operate, system performance, and other measures, can be easily translated into the capital plan and facility management portfolio.
