Attached is an RNS announcement, issued a short time ago (Monday 7 May 2007), regarding BAE Systems' proposed acquisition of Armor Holdings Inc. This will strengthen BAE Systems’ position as one of the world’s leading land systems players.
Commenting on the proposed acquisition, Mike Turner, BAE Systems’ chief executive said:
