BAE Systems Regional Aircraft has sold and delivered a Jetstream 32 (MSN 835) to Rompetrol Logistics SA of Bucharest, Romania for its newly created Flight Division.
The aircraft has been re-configured from a 19-seat airliner layout into a 12-seat corporate interior and is being used as an executive shuttle aircraft for Rompetrol Logistics executives and for local charter services. Flying for the Rompetrol Group of companies, the Jetstream 32 is serving routes such as: Vienna, Geneva, Kisinew, Sofia, Belgrade, Istanbul and Ankara.
Commenting on the deal Michael Canzian, SVP Asset Management USA, says: "We are pleased to have delivered the Jetstream 32 to Rompetrol as a key element in launching their new Flight Division for corporate transport and local charter flights. The economics and efficiency of the aircraft will permit the companys executives to travel and meet in private and comfort.
