BAE Systems and EADS European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company, the two shareholders of the newly created Airbus SAS, today named the members of the Airbus shareholders' committee.
Headed by Rainer Hertrich, CEO of EADS, the Airbus shareholders' committee includes Philippe Camus, CEO of EADS, Axel Arendt, EADS Chief Financial Officer, Alberto Fernandez, EADS Head of the Military Transport Aircraft Divison, Jean-Louis Gergorin, EADS Head of Strategic Coordination, Mike Turner, COO of BAE Systems and George Rose, Group Finance Director of BAE Systems.
