As you’d expect of an organisation that needs highly talented people, there are a few entry requirements you’ll need to meet.
For the Graduate Development Framework in Engineering you must have a 2:2 honours degree in an engineering subject and 220 UCAS points or the equivalent excluding General Studies. You’ll also need to be able to get security clearance as some of the work we do is classified.
If it’s a non-engineering career that you’re hoping to start with us, you need a minimum 2:1 honours degree in any discipline and 280 UCAS points or equivalent excluding General Studies.
You’ll see that our Finance Leader Development Programme and our Sigma Leadership Programme have different entry requirements.
