Once again, BAE Systems has a significant presence at DSEi, the world's largest integrated defence and security exhibition. The show takes place at the ExCeL, Docklands, in London from 8 - 11 September 2009.
The BAE Systems stand reflects the needs of 'the new front line' and the fact that the global defence and security environment is undergoing a fundamental change. In the 20th and early 21st centuries, it was dominated by state-led military power - but now, the effects of globalisation - worldwide travel, the media, the internet - have transformed it.
Our stand's themes are intelligence, national and border security and defence. It showcases the capabilities, products and services we provide, from electronic probes that capture data in cyberspace to unmanned systems, to armoured fighting vehicles, fighter jets, nuclear powered submarines and aircraft carriers.
