How It Works
With our á la carte benefits plan, you essentially build your own benefits. You select the offerings you want, then adjust the coverages and offerings. For example, you may put more emphasis on medical benefits, while another employee chooses higher life insurance coverage. It's all up to you. At BAE Systems, your work reflects your individual style, and your benefits do too!
Note: Employees in businesses outside the U.S. will be offered comparable benefits that meet the needs of their location, laws and medical systems.
