If you are a highly motivated individual with an insatiable desire to learn and to grow, the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) might just be the right fit for you. Our program is designed to develop high potential, entry-level employees that will thrive in key leadership positions across the Operations business area. As an OLDP member, you will be provided with a diverse set of experiences generated from challenging rotational assignments, technical and leadership training programs, advanced education, leadership opportunities, and mentorship. Our program expects excellence and we look for those qualities in our candidates.
Upon successful completion of the program, a ceremony is held to recognize the accomplishments of the graduating class. Graduates choose a permanent position within one of the business areas, based on interests and abilities displayed during the program. With the education provided to OLDP members, graduates are poised to succeed as a result of the broad experience, mentoring, education opportunities, and strong network established during the program.
Many OLDP graduates now serve in a variety of managerial positions throughout the company.
