We Provide OLDPs with challenging rotational assignments
During the first year of the program, participants complete a 12-month assignment in either Process Engineering or Producibility Engineering. During the second year, participants complete a 12-month assignment in Subcontracts Administration, Continuous Improvement, or Planning/Scheduling.
Please note that rotation options may vary from year to year.
The OLDP's affiliation with our other leadership development programs enables OLDP participants to also have the option of taking cross-functional rotational assignments in the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) and the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP).
During the third year, participants complete a mandatory 12-month supervisory assignment in Operations. This rotation provides an opportunity for the OLDP participant to practice and demonstrate the leadership skills he/she has acquired throughout the program.
With the guidance of their mentors, participants have some flexibility in tailoring their rotational assignments to their personal and professional goals.
