Rotations

We Provide OLDPs with challenging rotational assignments

During the three years of the program, participants complete twelve-month assignments in strategic business areas. Participants are given the opportunity to complete their rotations in various facilities located across the U.S., including New Hampshire, New York, Texas, Virginia, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Indiana. 

Assignments during the first and second years are generally in the following areas:

The OLDP affiliation with our other leadership development programs enables OLDP participants to also have the option of taking cross-functional rotational assignments in the Financial Leadership Development Program (FLDP) and the Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP)

In the final year of the program, OLDP participants are given an opportunity to demonstrate the leadership skills they have acquired prior to graduating from the program. To accomplish this, participants complete a twelve-month supervisory or project management assignment in Operations.

In addition to the rotational work assignments, OLDP participants are called upon to support strategic tasks as identified by the Executive Sponsors of the program.
