Supervisor

Position summary:

Supervisors are responsible for directing, managing and training a large group of personnel and/or a complex, multi-faceted operation involved in the assembly of component parts or completed units. In addition, they participate in the operation and scheduling of their area to ensure the presentation of high quality, reliable customer service. Other main responsibilities include preparing and discussing performance evaluations, ensuring weekly labor reporting of employees, resolving payroll discrepancies with accounting, and initiating recommendations for employee transactions (e.g., rate changes, reclassifications, etc.). As a supervisor, OLDP participants are given the opportunity to demonstrate leadership and develop their soft skills.
