Position summary: Within subcontracting, OLDP participants provide proactive subcontract administration to assigned subcontracts in order to maximize adherence to technical, delivery, quality and cost commitments as well as company requirements. Participants will perform risk assessment/mitigation planning to identify and mitigate potential problems, and when unanticipated problems occur, they will develop get-well / “return-to-green” plans. Participants are also required to be a leader in the management and execution of unique subcontract administration initiatives/opportunities, such as the management of supplier lean initiatives and outsourcing or second development efforts.
