First Year Rotation
Title: Circuit Card Assembly Process Engineer

Department: Technical Operations

Location: Nashua Headquarters facility (Nashua, NH)

Position summary: Process engineer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of route cards and process sheets on designated programs and for the assembly of Circuit Cards. He/she will be required occasionally to provide real-time support for prototype builds. Process Engineering will also be responsible for one or two new product introductions. New product introduction involves coordinating and participating in all activities from the “kick-off” meeting proposing the assembly of new products through the first builds of the product. Lastly, process engineering will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance and upgrades of the moisture-sensitive device monitoring system (COGISCAN), in the surface mounting assembly area of the CCA factory.

Main focus: The process engineer’s objectives will include the generation and update of route cards and process sheets, all engineering change order incorporations, floor support for area operators, and the occasional performance of internal CCA quality audits. The process engineer will also be required to ensure that all Non-recurring engineering deliverables, such as surface mount technology stencils, placement programs, etc., conform to schedule and budget, in support of new product development. Finally, the engineer will generate document change requests for the creation or update of manufacturing control specifications, along with chemical material review board requests for implementation of new chemical materials.
