The Operations Leadership Development Program seeks highly motivated individuals who seek future leadership positions in Operations
Our program expects excellence and we look for excellence in our candidates. Our OLDP participants are a select group of well-rounded recent college graduates who possess the following qualities:
- BS or Masters in an Engineering discipline, a Non-Technical BS in another field of study such as Supply Chain Management or a BA from an accredited college or university
- Excellent academic record (minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities
- Participation in a variety of extra curricular activities
- Capacity and motivation for hard work
- Mobility (strongly encouraged)
