The Operations Leadership Development Program seeks highly motivated individuals who seek future leadership positions in Operations
Our program expects excellence and we look for excellence in our candidates. Our OLDP members are a select group of well-rounded recent college graduates who possess the following qualities:
- Bachelor of Science in engineering disciplines
- Excellent academic record (minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Successful participation in a variety of extracurricular activities
- Willingness to carry a heavy work and course load
- Demonstrated employment accomplishment
- Capacity and motivation for hard work
