The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) at BAE Systems is a three-year program designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential recent college graduates for future leadership positions within the Human Resources function. The program attempts to provide a diverse set of experiences through rotational assignments, training, advanced education, and mentoring.
The HRLDP targets college graduates with exceptional academic backgrounds, extra-curricular activities, and leadership experience. The program lasts three years, and participants rotate through various HR functions annually. Rotations typically begin in May or June.
The HRLDP is one of four Leadership Development Programs at BAE Systems. The company's Operations, Finance, and Engineering organizations run similar programs: OLDP, FLDP, and ELDP.
