The Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) at BAE Systems is a three-year, annual rotational program designed to attract, develop, and retain high-potential recent college graduates for future leadership positions within the Human Resources function.
HRLDP targets college graduates with exceptional academic backgrounds, extra-curricular activities, and leadership experience. The program is designed to provide a diverse set of experiences through rotational assignments, training, advanced education, and mentoring. Rotations typically begin in the spring.
In addition to HRLDP, there are three other Leadership Development Programs at BAE Systems within Operations (OLDP), Finance (FLDP) and Engineering (ELDP).
