Be Remarkable

As a member of BAE Systems’ Leadership Development Program, you will receive extensive leadership and skills training.

In addition to job-related skills training, LDP participants attend an annual Leadership Development Conference at the University of New Hampshire during each of the three years of the program. Based on Emotional Intelligence theory, this week-long conference covers everything from leadership skills to learning styles. The result? Great exposure to the latest in leadership and interpersonal theory, and a strong foundation of skills and knowledge.
