This has continued through my current rotation in Compensation, and has built my confidence as an HR professional."

"When I began my job search I found that senior HR positions required a diverse background in HR and junior HR positions offered very focused opportunities. With these two pieces of information I began to assess how I would gain the experience needed to move into a senior HR role. Seeing the HR opportunities available for junior HR professionals, I realized that in order to attain my goal of becoming a senior HR leader, I would probably need to make several moves between positions and companies. That is when I discovered the HRLDP here at BAE Systems. This program offers a diverse foundation in the different areas of HR through yearly rotations, numerous projects, and a HR team that is willing and able to provide insight and experiences. As a result I will graduate the program with the foundation needed for more senior-level positions and be working for a company that offers many opportunities."
