Learning Opportunities

During the ETOD rotation, HRLDP participants work on a variety of projects. They help develop and implement various training programs, including Executive Institutes, team building, State of  Mind and management development programs.

They also conduct a variety of organizational development assessments focused on improving individual and team performance.

The HRLDP participant gains significant exposure to program teams, and acquires an in-depth understanding of the human factor driving the business.
