Learning Opportunities
During the Compensation Rotation, the HRLDP participant is introduced to the daily issues facing the Compensation team.
As a Compensation rep, the participant is assigned staff groups to support through the cycle of merit and promotion seasons, and for day-to-day assistance on equity issues and job titling.
Additional, the participant will gain exposure to writing job descriptions, matching jobs to the market, and participating in the annual salary surveys that help Compensation evaluate BAE Systems against the external market.
