Be Remarkable

As part of the HRLDP learning experience, participants receive a mentor about 3 months into their first rotation.

 The mentoring program focuses on building relationships with senior-level HR staff for guidance and discussion on issues affecting the mentee. The mentor and mentee design their own contract for the year, meet on their own schedules, and set their own goals for the program. The mentor relationship rotates each year, providing the HRLDP participant with exposure to three different senior HR staff and their diverse backgrounds and knowledge.
