Learning Opportunities
As a requirement of the HRLDP program, participants must pursue an MBA at an accredited college or university.
By obtaining their MBA, participants not only gain knowledge in the HR field, but become well versed in the business field.
BAE Systems fully funds this degree through tuition reimbursement, requiring that participants maintain a 3.0 GPA and complete the degree within five years of employment.
Past HRLDP participants have attended such schools as Boston College, Northeastern University, and Southern New Hampshire University.
