Learning Opportunities
The advantages of the HRLDP are many and varied.
As a requirement of the HRLDP program, participants must pursue a Master’s program at an accredited college or university. BAE Systems fully funds this degree through tuition assistance, requiring that participants maintain a 3.0 GPA and complete the degree within five years of entering the LDP program.
By obtaining an advanced degree, participants not only gain knowledge in the HR field, but become well versed in the business field.
Participants may attend the school of their choice within Company set parameters. Past HRLDP participants have attended such schools as Boston College, Bentley College, Northeastern University, and Southern New Hampshire University.
