HRLDP Benefits
The advantages of the HRLDP are many and varied.
In addition to receiving broad training (including the annual Leadership Development Conference) and high visibility projects, HRLDP participants are regularly exposed to senior HR management.
They attend quarterly seminars and meetings, network with other LDP program participants, and engage in responsible and challenging rotational assignments.
They also pursue and receive an MBA at the company's expense. These advantages help HRLDP participants learn to be effective business partners in a Fortune Global 500 company.
