HRLDP Benefits
The advantages of the HRLDP are many and varied.
In addition to receiving both advanced functional and leadership training and high visibility projects, HRLDP participants are exposed to senior HR management.
They attend quarterly LDP seminars and meetings, network with other LDP program participants, and engage in challenging rotational assignments.
As a requirement of the program, participants must receive their Master’s degree; this degree is fully funded by the Company through the company’s tuition assistance program. These advantages help HRLDP participants learn to be effective business partners in a Fortune Global 500 company.
Finally, most locations within BAE Systems, participate in a 9/80 work schedule which allows employee’s alternate Friday’s off.
