Finance Leadership Development
Our program objective is to develop professionals capable of assuming leadership positions within the Finance organization that will develop a knowledge base that spans several finance functions. Participants experience a three-year rotation program where they complete in-house and MBA training. During this time, participants have many opportunities to continue to develop teamwork and leadership skills.
The program is based on:
- Three one-year job rotations in different business areas and Finance disciplines
- *Assignments typically begin in June; however, December graduates may be hired early
*One rotation requires relocation, typically in year two, varying by site - Comprehensive training plan including a Graduate Certificate Program in Government Contracting
- Part-time MBA beginning in year 3, company funded
- Monthly seminars and meetings with senior management
- Annual Leadership Development Conferences
- Guidance provided by senior Finance managers
