Program participants are a select group of well-rounded recent college graduates.
Participants will experience an intensive daily schedule combining a challenging work experience with the academic rigor of the program curriculum. Participants attend internal courses at BAE Systems to provide additional Government Contracting training. Candidates typically possess the following attributes:
- Bachelor degree with business-oriented major
- Leadership potential
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Superior communication skills
- High scholastic standing and well-balanced participation in extracurricular activities
- Ability to relocate to a non-local BAE Systems site
- Willingness to carry a heavy work and course load
