Coordinators and Mentors

Mentors

Mentors

The FLDP is administered by a committee consisting of business managers from the operating business unit and chaired by a Senior Finance Director. Each manager on the committee fulfills the role of program coordinator.

Program coordinators are responsible for assisting program participants by providing support and advice, evaluating individual performance, setting yearly job rotations, scheduling monthly meetings and annual seminars, executing continuing education programs, and making policy recommendations to the FLDP committee. This position is different from the supervisors, who are responsible for performance assessment reviews and oversee the participant’s daily activities. In addition to program coordinators and direct supervisors, a mentor may be assigned to each FLDP member.
