If you feel ready to assume an engineering leadership role with us, you are invited to explore the exciting challenges offered by the ELDP program.
The college recruiting process typically starts in early September. Applicants need to submit resumes to their career placement offices upon return from summer break.
Candidate resumes received during information sessions, career fairs and on-campus interviews are reviewed by the ELDP Resume Review Team.
The Resume Review Team also conducts phone interviews focusing on academic performance, work experience, and leadership or community service.
Candidates considered a good fit for the program may be invited to interview on site.
Final selections are made by a committee consisting of the ELDP Manager, managers from the various Engineering functional disciplines, and current ELDP participants.
