Qualified Candidates

The Engineering Leadership Development Program expects excellence and looks for it in the candidates for the program. ELDP participants are a select group of well-rounded recent college graduates who possess the following qualities:
• BS in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, mathematics, or physics

• Excellent academic record
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proven leadership abilities
• Successful participation in a variety of extracurricular activities
• Willingness to carry a heavy work and course load
• Demonstrated employment accomplishments
• Capacity and motivation for hard work

The ELDP participant’s intensive schedule combines the academic rigors of a master’s degree with a competitive work environment to form a unique blended learning experience. To be successful in this program, ELDP participants must possess the following key competencies:

• High self-confidence
• Logical reasoning ability
• Strong people and teamwork skills
• Personal initiative and self-motivation
• Technical and academic interests that match our core business areas and needs
