Leadership Program
The mission of the ELDP is to guide our people, our business, and our products into new areas of growth through engineering excellence, superior teamwork, and outstanding leadership. The program achieves its objectives through three key components:
"I'm excited to go to work in the morning. When I'm driving to work I often think about the challenges and obstacles I'm going to face that particular day. Working at BAE Systems has given me the opportunity to be part of a team working on innovative software for sophisticated test stands. In my spare time, away from my larger team projects, I have been granted the opportunity to develop software projects on my own. The ELDP is more than just an academic experience for me. It is about friends and people you can count on. It is about networking and making new connections. Most importantly, the ELDP is about succeeding in the workplace."
