This three-year development program is for individuals looking for technical challenges and exciting leadership opportunities - which sharpen interpersonal and communication skills that are invaluable in the workplace. Through work rotations, a company-funded graduate degree, and leadership-building activities, the Engineering Leadership Development Program seeks to produce a blended learning experience that establishes a strong foundation for leadership within BAE Systems.
The mission of the ELDP is to guide our people, our business, and our products into new areas of growth through engineering excellence, superior teamwork, and outstanding leadership. The program achieves its objectives through three key components:
