AWARD PROGRAMS AND PAYMENTS
BAE Information Technology
$4,000 (Before Taxes) awarded for Exempt Direct/Billable Hires with a TS SCI or higher level clearance and an Engineering Degree (EE, CS, Physics, CPE, SE, CIS, MIS, ME, AE, CE)
$3,000 (Before Taxes) awarded for all other Exempt or Non-Exempt Direct/Billable Hires, or for Indirect Hires who possess a TS/SCI or higher level clearance.
$750-$1,500 (Before Taxes) For all other Exempt or Non-Exempt Indirect Hires or as determined by the Director/VP based on the criticality of the requirement.

An award of up to $2,500.00 paid for a full time exempt employee and $500.00 paid for a full time non-exempt employee.
