A. Applicability:
This page applies to personnel assigned to the BAE Systems Inc. workforce.
B. Award Eligibility and Payment:
BAE Systems Inc. may choose to offer cash awards for either groups of openings or individual positions.
The award amounts will vary depending on the difficulty of finding the skills required and/or the criticality of the opening(s).
When there is a cash award, the dollar amounts will be indicated on the employment requisition.
