Individual BAE Systems Businesses will determine the awards and which positions are eligible for awards. Recruiters and/or HR will verify specific award amounts for each position.
Awards are paid for referrals who are hired to critical positions and commence employment with BAE Systems. Awards will normally be processed about 30 days following the candidate’s start date. Payment of the award will appear in the next administratively feasible pay cycle.
The referring employee must be an active BAE Systems employee at the time of the award in order to receive an award payout.
