If you are a current BAE Systems employee, you can view all of our open jobs and submit referrals through your intranet "Internal Jobs" link. Your local HR dept. can help you find the link to internal postings.
To submit a referral, please follow these steps:
- To Submit to a Specific Job: (preferred)
- 1. Search for the specific job by keyword or number
- 2. Open the job.
- 3. Click "Submit Employee Referral" near the top left side of the page (note- do not click the employee referral tab on the right)
- 4. You will receive an e-mail confirming your submission.
- To Submit a Resume to the General Pool
- 1. On the Job Search page, click "Begin Search"
- 2. Click the "click here" link located at the top between "Quick Tips" and "page number"
- 3. You will receive an email confirming your submission.
