Women In Technology
The success of the Women in Technology program is due to the dedication, support, and enthusiasm of the BAE mentors. The mentors provide the strong leadership and guidance that help the students in their pursuit of a technical career.
The mentors design the technical rotations which provide diverse and challenging experiences to the participants. The technical rotations are geared toward facilitating the transfer of knowledge in the various technical fields. The mentors also provide direction to the participants in career planning and development, as well as post-program internship possibilities.
