Who we are
We're called On Base because we work right alongside Team Typhoon at RAF Coningsby, in Lincolnshire.
We are a group of people within engineering, logistics, project management and support personnel working in close liaison with RAF Servicemen and women in the Typhoon Maintenance & Upgrade (TMU), Typhoon National Support Centre (iTSC), Contractor Support Facility (CSF), the Integrated Typhoon Operations Centre (ITOC) and the Integrated Logistics Operations Centre (ILOC).

With the start of the Typhoon Availability Service (TAS), it's an exciting time that offers opportunities for you to work directly with the customer at the front line of delivery, whatever role you play.
Needless to say, we're looking for a certain type of person. You should only apply if you possess exceptional technical expertise (for engineering roles), flexibility, drive, determination and customer focus - and if you can think on your feet and apply both innovation and common sense to your work.
