The Real Estate team provides comprehensive professional consultancy to all of the BAE Systems businesses. The current portfolio of properties is extensive, varied and geographically spread throughout the UK. The team is multi-disciplined and have broad ranging experience in all areas of property management and development.
Our Workplace Services team delivers real advantage through the management of real estate and facilities support services. This is a new business which provides a unique holistic service to help businesses and the company to drive added value through co-ordinating both Real Estate and Facilities strategies, using common processes and procedures.
The Environmental team provides environmental consultancy services to BAE Systems and external customers for the assessment and remediation of contaminated land. This enables the regeneration of brownfield sites and effective management of environmental liabilities.
Within the company the Environmental team manage BAE Systems’ Corporate Contaminated Land Strategy, advise on contaminated land and pollution control issues, and assist in gaining best value from surplus land. Outside BAE Systems the team provide cost-effective solutions for investigation and remediation, effecting ‘turn key’ solutions to contaminated land problems.
