Who we are…
- Part of a major blue chip PLC, employing some 100,000 people worldwide
- A vertically integrated contaminated land consultancy and remediation management contractor employing some 60 people at 4 UK locations
- A provider of high quality contaminated land services ranging from desk studies and ground investigations to complex risk assessment and remediation projects involving decommissioning, demolition, earthworks and various remediation technologies.
- We support BAE Systems Real Estate Strategy – our external client network ranges from major industrial landowners and developers to small property owners, private companies and plc’s, the Environment Agency and local and national Government.
- We have completed projects in the range of £1k to over £10m in value. Many of these projects involved the entire regeneration cycle from initial assessment of liability and masterplanning through to detailed site investigation and risk assessment, design, implementation and sign off of remediation projects. Our projects usually involve significant stakeholder engagement including regulatory negotiation and community liaison.

What we look for...
Continued growth means that we always have opportunitites for suitably qualified and experienced people.
Ideal candidates should have an understanding of land quality assessment including site investigation, risk assessment, remediaton technologies and health and safety. Knowledgeo f related environment legislation and the regulatory framework is beneficial as are strong communication and teamworking skills. The use of modern office communications with a high standard of IT literacy and the ability to prepare quality reports is essential.
A flexible approach to work is required, as is a willingness to travel in the UK and possibly overseas. Candidates should hold a current full UK driving licence.
