Advanced Technology Support Program 3 (ATSP3) is a government-wide contracting vehicle administered out of Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) located in Sacramento, CA.

    – Typical award of full CPFF or FFP program in 28 working days after the PCO receives the procurement package

  • Accessibility to most BAE Systems organizations
  • Issuing a contract requires:
    – Contractual Engineering Task (a streamlined Statement of work)
    – Transfer of funds to DMEA typically using military interdepartmental procurement request (MIPR) or reimbursement agreement
