You and your agency
- Request assistance from the BAE Systems ATSP3 program office and/or DMEA Sacramento (Points of Contact)
- Define the requirement and clarify scope issues
- Mutually agree with DMEA to proceed
- The team develops the necessary strategy and documents
- Provide funding (MIPR or other appropriate document)
- Review proposal and provide technical evaluation
- Manage task on a daily basis or delegate to DMEA Project engineer if desired
DMEA
- Coordinates with you and determines your requirement is within the scope of the ATSP3 contract
- Mutually agree with client to proceed
- A client and DMEA team develops the necessary strategy and documents
– Provides strategy advice and finalizes task - DMEA continues acquisition effort
– Prepares procurement package
– Issues request for proposal
– Reviews proposal and coordinates overall proposal technical evaluation
– Negotiates and issues the delivery order - Provides technical oversight during task performance
- Daily task management, if desired by customer
- Program contractual close-out
