Tom Arseneault

Tom Arseneault is president of the Electronic Solutions business within BAE Systems’ Electronics, Intelligence & Support (EI&S) operating group

Based in Nashua, New Hampshire, Electronic Solutions employs more than 9,000 people in nine U.S. states and Israel. Arseneault leads the group’s work in major areas of defense electronics including electronic warfare; electro-optical and infrared sensor systems; communications, navigation, and identification; surveillance systems; precision targeting; space systems; and advanced technologies.

EI&S, with headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, employs more than 33,000 people and serves the electronics, services, information technology, and power and controls markets. The group provides a wide range of electronic systems and subsystems for military and commercial applications, as well as integrated technical and professional service solutions for U.S. national security and federal markets.

Arseneault previously served as president of BAE Systems’ former Sensor Systems business and as an engineering vice president and director. He managed various organizations and programs within the Mission and Space Electronics and Infrared Countermeasures business areas of Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Company, which BAE Systems acquired in 2000. He also held a variety of engineering and program management positions with General Electric Aerospace and The Analytic Sciences Corporation.

Arseneault received bachelor's and master's degrees in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a master's in business administration from Boston University.
